How it works
Everything gets settled before we build, so nothing gets torn up after.
Five steps, from the kickoff call to launch
Kickoff call
Who visits your site, what you do and don’t do, and which pages you need.
You pick your photos
Drop your photos in one shared folder. Then, in our photo picker, choose a main photo and three runners-up for each kind of work.
We check every fact
Awards, years and project names get checked at their source before they go on your site.
You approve the layout
A simple sketch of every page, like a floor plan, before any building starts. Move things around until it’s right.
We build, test and launch
Speed and accessibility get checked on phones and computers. Your plan sets your rounds of changes, and the launch date is agreed in writing.
What we need from you
- Your photos, in the shared folder
- Your logo file, if you have one
- Your contact details, service area and hours
- One kickoff call and one layout check
How long it takes
The launch date is agreed in writing before we start.
Revision rounds: Starter 1, Standard 2, Plus 3; Pro’s are agreed in the quote.
What we check before your site goes live
Hollowbrook, our sample site, went through these four checks. Yours gets the same four before it goes live.
-
Every fact has a source
Every number, name, award and quote on every page is traced back to your answers, a document you gave us, or your current site.
-
Tested and measured
Tested in the two browser engines behind Chrome and Safari, at phone and laptop sizes. Speed and accessibility are measured with Google’s Lighthouse.
-
Reviewed one stage at a time
Each stage of the build is reviewed on its own before the next stage starts.
-
You try it on your own phone
Before launch you open the site on your own phone and say whether it feels right.
Hollowbrook, measured with Lighthouse on October 25, 2026 (median of three runs): phone speed 91, accessibility 100, best practices 100; laptop speed 98, accessibility 100, best practices 100.
