About Sightline
Hi, I’m Parham.
Websites for renovation contractors, trades and builders.
I grew up around construction; my dad and two uncles work in the trade. I’ve spent seven years working construction part-time alongside school: summers, plus a day or two a week when school was lighter. I started on site cleaning up and bringing supplies, then learned to build foundations, work with ICF and pour concrete. I also saw the business side, the office and the management, and worked alongside the safety crew.
What I care about is simple. The facts on your site have to be right, and it has to load fast on a phone, even at a job site. I don’t claim to know your trade better than you do, so we start from your photos and your facts, and I check each one against its source before anything goes live.
Sightline Web is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. I build websites for contractors of every size: small renovation and trades businesses, and larger builders. If you run a small business, start with the plans on the Pricing page. If you build bigger, tell me about your projects and I’ll send you a quote.
What you can count on
-
Every fact checked at its source
Names, services, areas and numbers are checked against where they came from (your papers, your old site, a call) before anything goes live.
-
You own it once paid
The domain is in your name from day one. Once the site is paid for, it’s yours, and if you leave the care plan you get the files.
-
One person answers you
From your first message to launch, you deal with me. A reply usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Why I do this
I’ve worked the sites. Now I build their websites.
